Friends, today is a very special day. April 1st marks the first day of National Grilled Cheese Month, and I couldn’t be happier.
For the month of April, I’ll be getting my goo on, one cheesy, crunchy sandwich at a time. Every day in April I’ll be posting a different grilled cheese sandwich recipe, featuring a variety of breads, meats, condiments, and most importantly, cheeses.
